I’m Selling My Domain Portfolio For Charity
On February 19th, Joel Comm and I hosted Tweetathon2009, which raised over $10,000 for WaterIsLife.com and helped save thousands of lives.
I wanted to do something special this week to raise at least $1,000 more for WaterIsLife and help to save another 100 lives. So I thought I would unload some of my domain portfolio. I’m simply so busy as Joel Comm’s VP of Ideas that I don’t have to any time to devote to these sites.
So I’m reducing my portfolio down to about 10 domains I have the time to work on. I have listed the domains I’m currently selling on this page, they are priced from $50 to $500, and many of them are underpriced for this offer.
There are full wordpress blogs, and there are $7 Script sites, a clickbank product, a membership site and some good brandable names.

As you know, I participated (as a spectator) in the Tweet-a-Thon that you & Joel spearheaded last week. I believe that this is a very good cause.

Hey Dan, good man to sell off your domains. I have this same theme but have had no success in replacing the blog name with the images like you have done. Is there any chance that you could enlighten me as to which files to edit and where to place the code for my image header.

Ray, DIYThemes has a support forum where they tell you how to do this..basically you have to edit the custom.css file. And the easiest way to find out how people are editing their Thesis css is just to view source and take a look at the file.

When I saw Dan’s list of domains for sale I started drooling. So this AM I picked up a couple and in doing so saved 27.5 people AND got 2 nice domains I plan to monetize.
One of the domains is already providing value to people needing nice looking optin graphics for salesletters.
