Should I Create A Private Coaching Program?

Okay, I’ve been getting more and more emails lately asking me if I do Private Coaching.

If you’ve seen me on stage, bought my Bootcamp or purchased The Elevate Blueprint you’ve got a good idea of the way I teach.

As VP of Ideas for Joel Comm, my forte is in Brainstorming, Ideation and Product Creation.

I have an innate ability to come up with product and business ideas for people within seconds of learning more about them.

And the fact that I’ve personally created and launched countless products, programs, and websites over the last 15 years is a plus.

Which means not only can I coach you on how to do something, but I could also apply some consulting time to actually helping you complete a project.

Now to be honest.

Joel’s been urging me to start speaking more, and if so, I will most likely be pitching a high-end coaching program..

So I ask my loyal followers..

  • Are you interested?
  • What kind of coaching, consulting would most interest you?
  • And what do you think you would be willing to pay?

Needless to say if this post doesn’t get many comments, I’ll probably pull it down quickly…  : )

    Dan~

I’ve participated in the Bootcamp and been through the first 4 discs of Elevate and personally, I’m a big fan. I like your style and no nonsense approach. You move quick and keep it going. These are all qualities I look for in someone I want to work with.

Being an idea person myself, the type of coaching I would need is implementation. How to take a great idea ( or 100) spin ‘em and turn them into a profit pulling business model. That’s where I falter.

I really don’t know about cost having never paid for it before. Others will have to give you a better sense of that.

    Good luck!

    Hi Dan!
    Do it!
You in fact do come up with ideas for good marketing fast! You did with me and my images, and how to sell them for a quick turnaround making banners! My hold up is with me, not your advice! I am in the learning curve of that techy bit – the actual physical action of clicking a webpage together and adding a paypal account, etc. Basic stuff I am SURE for some! And it WILL be for me soon too – however, that is the ONLY reason I am at a stand still with YOUR awesome FREE idea you gave me in June of this year!

So many times I have heard people say – who have experience – “Just do this (whatever your thing is), and stick it on a landing page/squeeze page, and then get it online, it’s easy!” SURE IT IS! If you already KNOW what to click on to make that page actually appear!

I am in the midst of teaching myself the HOW TOs of what to click and where to click it to make it physically appear. In fact today I have set more time aside to get on it again! I have great ideas, and your idea too, and I have the images and logos to put there, and I have even bought domains and hosting! It’s that middle part – the techy part that I now want to know, it just takes time!

Can you shorten that time in coaching?
Can you get a person online with an idea in 48 hours? (Random number!?)
Can you make them a profit within 7 days?
And can they retain that information you coach them on so they can carry on successfully from there for the long term?!

    I know you can Dan!
I am just putting those questions out there to get your head going!
I am more than happy to be a guinee pig on this one!!

Shame on me for not getting to my Pangellan profile yet! I have it on my TO DO LIST! Ohhhh the list… lol! Just kidding! But seriously, we all have those lists, and we get to some things, and some things we get to later! For me I am getting there! And now that I am in the start of the last 3 months of the year I am KICKING IT INTO HIGH GEAR on my internet ideas and marketing plans. I have set my intent to be debt free by Christmas and I am up for the challenge! Maybe you could use that as a “challenge” for customers?! “DEBT FREE BEFORE CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE! I’LL GET YOU THERE ONLINE!”
    Or something like that?!?

    Anyway! Good luck!
Thanks again for the awesome idea you gave me in June – I do want to make good use of it – once I get the techy stuff figured out! No I haven’t watched the BootCamp vids you sent me yet either! I know I know!! I gotta go!! I AM NOW!
    BYE!

    S

ps… new site in wordpress – http://www.askcamerawoman.com – progress – it’s up there, don’t like the way it looks – am making a logo with branding as we speak with my graphic designing brother – getting into colours – then to change all the look of that template – I have one video to upload there so far – once I am up, then I will add and organize content, tabs, etc. So there is SOME progress but not enough and not fast enough! Need SPEED! Do you think you could make a Matrix-like-thing where you just jam a plug in the back of my brain and all the info crams in there in seconds!?! Then PRESTO! I am an internet genius! Get on that one Dan! lol!

    ABSOLUTLEY!!!

Like many who subscribe to your 22 Day Bootcamp, I appreciate your style of training very much. It’s not about the millions you can make, It’s about the $100’s and then the $1000’s etc…

Investing in coaching is overlooked by so many, but they eventually learn that to speed up the process they DESPERATELY need it.

I have paid $297 for 4 weeks of 1 hour sessions per week. I think that would be a great place to start and you could do a limit of 5-10 people at a time.

Thanks for all the great info.

Dan- I absolutely think you should launch a coaching program. One of the things I admire about you is the creativity and step by step detail you provide in your courses. You’re already teaching, that more than half the battle.

As far as your pricing, consider the “personal” touch time vs. group touch time that you are investing to the program. PLEASE DO NOT undervalue your great contribution because the things you will coach are implementable and licked to a financial outcome. That alone justifies a premium investment from those who like , know, trust, and respect you.

Feel free to contact me in private for suggestions on pricing the coaching services.

    Go 4 It!

Intriguing. I like your style. I like your approach and I like your teaching.

Don’t know if I like or can afford your price but am intrigued to learn more.

    Dan,
I’ve purchased your 22 day bootcamp and your video squeeze pages and was amazed at how much information you provided at such a low price….plus I really enjoy your teaching style. Being a newbie myself, I’d love to see a coaching program that focused on innovative ways to drive traffic/conversions at a price that newbies could afford.

Looking forward to your coaching program,
    Sandra

    Dan,.

I would most definitely consider a coaching program!

In just 10 minutes with Dan he completely turned around my thinking about what I *really* wanted to achieve, and proceeded to tell me how to get there. I would definitely not only recommend Dan get started in this endeavor, but would gladly offer a testimonial. Go for it!

    Hi Dan.

I bought your 22day bootcamp as well and love your tecniques and brilliant insight, tools, ideas, and cut to the chase attitude! I would also say yes like all the rest for the coaching too! but from a very very newbie stand point please go a little slower with your step-to step video tutorials. ei, cpanel, domain stuff, the techy stuff is hard for us newbies get around,,,,i hope this helps you, because I do appreciate you so!
