It used to be you'd have to get a background check from a certain security company to get their "job". I think the old scams are always just going to keep being reinvented. You might consider using a top sidebar widget to place a **Warning** message about DomainSecondHand, and place some frame breaker code on your site. If I may make another suggestion. Your logo is very hard to read which can add to the confusion. You should make a clearer logo.
